I already contacted the superintendent, but he didn't answer me. Perhaps he had the tap repaired and the work wasn't so good or he simply didn't do anything about it.
I'll try to contact him again tomorrow. I hope we have good notices about him and the tap's repair.
The extra costs with bills will be discounted from the deposit.
