I'm really sorry about this inconvenience, but let me explain what happaned. The superintendent would call the plumber, but then he found out that the one he knows wasn't living here anymore. So he have been looking for another good one.
For instance, what I can do for you, is to cover the costs for the extra water that you are having, if you could measure it. But don't worry, as soon as possible, you will have your hot water tap fixed.

I just have received your email and I'll have the hot water tap replaced man, do not worry. Now listen to me, that superintendent is a completely stupid. He never hears you when you need him. If you ask him a favor, he will just ignore it. I know this may sound weird for you, but that's the truth. Now about the money you mentioned in the email I can't do anything. I already contacted the superintendent, but he didn't answer me. Perhaps he had the tap repaired and the work wasn't so good or he simply didn't do anything about it.

I'll try to contact him again tomorrow. I hope we have good notices about him and the tap's repair.

The extra costs with bills will be discounted from the deposit.
