Dear sir,

I'm really sorry about this inconvenience, but let me explain what happaned. The superintendent would call the plumber, but then he found out that the one he knows wasn't living here anymore. So he have been looking for another good one.
For instance, what I can do for you, is to cover the costs for the extra water that you are having, if you could measure it. But don't worry, as soon as possible, you will have your hot water tap fixed.

I'm really sorry. I promise you, I will talk to the building superintendent tomorrow  about your problem. And I will ask him why are you waiting for a long time to resolve it. And I will have it fixed on this weekend. Is it OK for you?

I just have received your email and I'll have the hot water tap replaced man, do not worry. Now listen to me, that superintendent is a completely stupid. He never hears you when you need him. If you ask him a favor, he will just ignore it. I know this may sound weird for you, but that's the truth. Now about the money you mentioned in the email I can't do anything. If I were you, I would kill him. I know this won't solve your problem, but at least you won't have another headache. That's it man, if any problem appears, email me. See ya!

I am so sorry, but just now I know what happened in your new apt. The superintendent don't say nothing to me about this, so I really sorry.
Now I will talk for a person concert for you the hot water tap, for the next week, if the problem is not resolved, I will pay for you a new hot water tap.
I will talk about the problem for the superintendent, and question why he didn't do nothing about, didn't say nothing for you, and do you wait a long time for the solution of your problem.
 So please tell me if the problem was resolved or not, if not I will whit you buy a new hot water tap. Thanks
